Big COngrats to you dear. Also to DWheels for all your encouragements, advice and pretty much helping us all go through this gruelsome and tortuting process with some faith. This journey sure tests everything you stand for! My hubby had his interview in Lagos yesterday as well and he was approved under 5 mins. After 18 long months in this process. But all the same, the end justifies the means and we are highly grateful. I wish everyone going through this journey all the best of luck, stay positive and hopeful We shall all overcome. May be we should throw a VJ cyber party some day....wink wink** j..k...cheers

EOC4ever: You should received the P4 soon, because I called last Friday and they told me my wife Interview date is November 7, 2014 and I we received the P4 yesterday. Don't worry you will get the P4, and Congrats!!

MySweetpotato: I have received my wife interview latter yesterday and her appointment is on November 7th.

Oh it came in around 1.03pm PT( I mean the P4 letter). Hubby will be relieved. Thanks a lot dear

Yay!!! We got our interview date Nov 6th. CC on Sept 16

Got a CC on Sept 16th. Also attached is a checklist but to be brought at the interview. Apparently gross income on the AOS joint sponsor's i864 doesn't match whats on the IRS form. So They said correct it and bring it to the CO to check at interview. All the same i am so relieved YAY!!!!! case complete. By the way, that was our second checklist. Hello guys, so help me understand this. I already paid my IV fee and it's been cleared. Also just mailed out the civil docs. So my question is how do I fill out the DS 260 online. Do I have to wait for NVC to enable it on my portal or I have to go dig it up somewhere. Thanks

It looks good but add your mother's proof of citizenship (passport) or permanent residence card....I suppose she is your joint sponsor

i just found out that i have the same problem....my DS 261 just went into "incomplete" mode after saying "complete" for over a week now. So do i resubmit or just leave it alone. I'm still waiting for the IV to be invoiced for payment I already sent in my AOS packet

Ok....but do I turn in my joint sponsor's husband's W2s and stuff along with the I-864A form as well?

Hello guys, i'm new to this forum so please help me out.

I am using a joint sponsor and she is married and filed her taxes as married together witht her husband. So my question is am i required to submit her husband's W2s and work verification as well as hers with my AOS packet? Or just hers together with the tax transcipt for the last three years. She makes well over $90/year.

PS. I'm in the AOS/IV phase of the NVC process.
