Congratz for the visa on passport. I have few question bro,if u can answer it for me plzz

1.how long it takes to get the visa after interview

2. Did she collect the passport from saimon center or embassy

It only took two days to get her visa after the interview, and she picked it up from saimon center.

Everything is all set. I made my wife double check the Visa stamp, it is correct. When she had given it to me, it was on a piece of paper that came with the yellow packet. Which is still wrong. But I believe that would not be a problem, as it is not important piece of paper, it only has the instruction on how to pay for the greed card.

Hello everyone,

My wife got her visa from the Us Embassy in Dhaka last week. The case number that was given to us from NVC started with DHK. However now on her visa, the DOS case ID starts with DHU. Is this normal? The only reason I am concerned is that from what I read online it is suppose to be the same. Any help would be appreciated.

I hope I am not speaking prematurely, as the AOS fee still shows paid, but I spoke with Natalie from the NVC a couple of hours ago and she confirmed that our case was complete today. I am currently on hold with the NVC to confirm again, because I just cannot believe it. Original scan date 12/17.

OH MY GOD!!!! cant believe finally i have CC!!!!!! just confirmed with nvc rep he said that they completed our case yesterday i am so happy finally this long wait of NVC has ended :joy: :luv:

I have just called and got a chance to talk to NVC rep and she told me that OUR CASE was COMPLETED on last friday(02/13). Actually i knew it on Saturday(Valentines day ) when i had seen the 3 N/A. AOS checklist scan date was 12/17. Guys dont give up and yours CC will come very soon. Dont forget that GOD IS ALWAYS WITH U. I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST and Good luck.!!

Also, I just got off the phone with NVC, and it is a Case Complete for me. And I didn't see any 3 n/a's. Thank god for no checklist, and thank god that it is finally coming to an end. I hope the best for everybody else.

its like a automated computer talking even when you are talking to the real person.........i sent my IV documents on nov 19th and it took then 1 month to just scan it in, they kept telling me they never got anything for a month and then finally they gave me the date of 12/17 its very frustrating its been 3 months for me now almost.......gonna be apart from my husband on our first wedding anniversary sucks!!

I know how you feel. I missed our wedding anniversary as well, and today is also her birthday. So its getting tougher by the seconds.

it has been all over the place with the scan dates i've seen many posts with scan dates after 12/17....but i am thinking it could also very well depend on your country that you are applying from.....or i atleast hope its that lol not the bad luck

My scan date is 12/17. Just got off the phone with NVC, and the lady said "well it looks like the mail room have received the documents on 12/17, we are expecting a high volume...and blah blah and blah." So I am assuming there is no chance for us this week. Hopefully next week. Uggghhh.

I just called NVC because purely because I was getting anxious lol. They sYs they havnt reviewed our case yet (scan date 12/17). I was kind of expecting that though. Anyway if anyone here's of 12/17 scan dates CC can you let me know. 60 days is coming to an end I think by this Sunday so if I di t here anything then il be calling start of next week again. Praying for CC for everyone ?

Our scan date is 17 December.

It's my birthday on the 8th February so I'm really praying for case complete around my birthday. (15 feb is 60 days I think).

I am still waiting on NOA2. PD Feb 6. Apparently Texas service center had mailed a rfe on July 14th, but the mail courier lost it. I have to wait another 30 days for another copy.

Where did you send the RFE to? Did you use the cover-page they sent in the mail to you with the RFE letter?

Texas service center mailed the RFE on July 14th. I will re-edit my post to make it more clear.

PD Feb 6th. I got an e-mail today stating that my RFE was sent on July 14th. I can't imagine that it would take more then a month to receive the mail. Any how I called and spoke to an immigration officer and all he could do was put in a request and that I will receive a response before Sept 6th.

Has anyone else been in this situation? I am little worried since RFE are time sensitive and I definitely don't want to wait reapply and wait another 7 months.

Hello Everyone,

My P/D Feb 6th. I called USCIS this morning they said they are currently working on Feb 25th. I am well passed the PD. What is going on with TSC, it is a little outrageous. I filed for a service request as well and she said it is currently with an officer. Hopefully I will hear some good news soon.
