Your welcome and do not worry you might not need to wait for three weeks as some case can be closed before the 30 days time frame therefore, keep checking the website at least once a day. In my prediction I think the VB will only advance by 3 to 4 weeks as we have quite a lot of cases that have not been closed yet which I think is reasonable. All the best of luck and hang in there as we are nearly to at the end of the tunnel and I can see a light. I have attached the example of what it should look like in your CEAC page and for everyone.

    Hi Habel,

My wife's case was completed since March 2014. Our priority date is September 9th 2013. We added our 6 month old baby (born Dec 5th 2014) to the case. I paid the fees, filled DS260 and submitted required documents. The scan date was May 5th 2015. The CEAC status shows as attached. Does it mean it is complete?

  2. Hi guys,

I need help. Our priority date is September 9th 2013. The case was complete since March 2014. My wife (the beneficiary) gave birth on December 5th 2014. I requested to add the child since February this year. Its only last week that NVC sent me an invoice to pay the fees. I paid the fees on 4/28/2015, filled the DS 260 and sent all documents pertaining the child.

I wonder if they would get us an interview date this June?

  3. LPR petitioners, we have lived for so long away from our loved ones. We talk, Skype, and text with them everyday. We have been kept in the dark by "visa bulletin." We have no clue about when we will be reunited with our loved ones. We can barely concentrate at our job sites or school. We get distracted every so often by thoughts of our better half being in a distant land.

We have no power over this matter because we have nobody representing us. We need to unite as a single voice and be heard. I suggest we march to the Congress in DC in order to get our voices heard. Let us rally and march for our loved ones. I am based in Texas, and will to go to DC for this..

    Lets do it.

  4. I have had enough of this waiting for VB. I am willing to march to Congress so they hear our voices. Let us rally and choose a day to congress. I live in Texas and very willing to spend 3 days out of work to do this. People with work permit have a right to bring their spouse without delay. Permanent residents don't. We have nobody representing us or fighting for us. We are scattered all over the US without a single voice. Let us come together and fight for our rights. We can do it. I will form a forum called "LPR March to Congress." Hope to find you all there.
