HELLO, we filling I-134. oh my god its so close and its geting even harder to wait... we have same situation... my husband makes more then 125 persent of poverty level, but he dont have savings... will it be bad in the ambassy? how much should he have in his account so everythings ok?

yes we got married in usa, and yes i have pictures of us and... no big party thogh, couse we still planing to have a wedding here in my country.well when i reside in usa we lived together, and i can find some letters that came to my name to that address...

unfortunetly we have no accounts or credit cards together...

well we have a letter which was signed by his aunt about her knowledge about our ongoing relationship, i was thinking to print emails or im chats, or phone calls?

It *shouldn't* be a problem - perhaps someone from your part of the world (embassy specific) could give you a better answer.

I know I couldn't stay away from Umit for 2 years without going crazy, 5 months is pushing it

no, in that period we did not met in person, but we talk online or on the phone almost every day.

hi all, i been reading vj forums for a long time and now i decide to ask what u think... here is my story: i met my love may 2005, we got engaged and then november 2006 got married. january 2007 i left usa couse my h2b visa expire and he didn get his citizenship by that time. we were told that will be easyer way to fill out all the aplications when he is citizen(unfortunatly, that took so long). so now its more than 2 years we r separate, but still in love and cant wait to be together again. my question is will everything will be ok in interviews and everywhere elce if we did not see each other these more than 2 years? any experience u can share?
