Yes, I think I've read all those threads. But at the end it confused me even more...
So you currently have your ds260 saying that you have your vaccination documents, right?
Yeah. I do have the vaccination document though, since I took most of the shots (if not all) earlier this year when travelling. I might miss a few though (as the list on their website is really long with vaccinations meant for elder/kids etc), that is why I wanted to check from consulate.

Is there someone that already passed the interview by putting YES on that question?
Do you think that if I email KCC about this question I will get some sort of helpful answer about this?
I emailed my own country's consulate about this same issue awhile ago (since I will have my interview there) and they replied no need to reopen your application.
There are lots of threads out there about this same question, even some lawyers suggesting to answer yes there.

STOP!
Do not answer questions based on what you think you will do. The question in this case is do you have a document... So unless you HAVE the document the answer is no. Inaccuracies/lying is a much bigger red flag!
Anyway the doctor who examines you before the visa interview will have the vaccinations there if you are missing any, doubt there is a wrong answer here (unless you arrive at interview without the document, then you are probably not approved). There was a thread somewhere here on Visajourney where a lawyer suggested to answer "Yes" to this particular question, as you will have a document by the interview (search for DS-260 vaccination requirement question).

That's what I mean. Normally you are able to submit at the start of May. This year it is delayed to the 19th.
Ah sorry, I misunderstood you were thinking you made your submission a bit late

I recall you had a dropdown menu of days/weeks etc, you couldnt put indefinitely in there anyway. Minor details anyway I am sure, you could as well visit USA during the process and that doesnt mean you have to reopen the ds260 just to insert your vacation details.

Of course the DS260 submission in May was a little late (normal submission starts at the start of May)
Just to correct here the earliest you could submit DS260 this year was 19th of May, so not exactly start of May. But good to hear you got response.

You can do your own math by looking at this page: http://www.dv-info.site40.net/, as you can see it is highly random.
