i had the same problem.....

i got the email around 1:30 pm saying : your case status card/document production

i check online and it was right until later that day(around 7:30) i got a another email saying

your case status you case status decision.

I called them on tuesday i expelling to the laid but seems like that she didn't get my concern .....

I had the same update that my card was mailed to me, without any usps tracking. About an hour later I received another update. I checked, and my status went back "decision". I am not sure what it is all that flipping back and forth means lol I received the letter in The mail yesterday that my petition was approved and registered. Anyone had similar issue?

When my EAD was in production it said that as soon as it will be mailed out I will get a tracking number, which I got about a week later and it was sent off. Sooo... does that mean the greencard is already sent off or just in production? I'm a little confused haha >(

Approved! Yay, couldn't be happier.

Besides the receptionist lady messing up everything went great. She gave is the wrong receipt/number. We didn't know..How should we, we never did this before. After an hour waiting somebody came and gave us a new one. Of course it said we just checked in and we got the last number. So everybody who came after us still was called before us, That was pretty messed up. Especially since we had to leave at 4 am from Alabama. But after 3 hours waiting the man with the mean face called us - I saw him earlier and told my hubby I hope we don't get him, he looks mean. We ended up with him aaaand could not have been happier.

He asked for our IDs first. Then where my hubby was born, asked my hubby where I was born. Asked how we met and that was it and asked my hubby what we did for our 3 year Annivesary in June. Of course he didn't remember the name of the restaurant.... he just said we had steak at this grill. He then looked at me and said is that true? I said yes and told him the name of the restaurant. Did some work on his PC, looked at me and said: On here it says you're approved. I smiled and said REALLY lol. He said yes and shook my hand and finished the paper. Gave it to me and said since you've been married for 2 years you get the 10 year Greencard.. now you can get rid of him. I said nooooo and laughed.Really easy and a nice person too. He said it will be about 30 days till I get the Card.

Interview tomorrow morning... so nervous....!

Did you guys make copies of the whole AOS application? I made some but I can't find them anywhere, I'm starting to get everything together for interview next week and I can't find them I ordered some more forms online, hopefully they get here by next wednesday. But would they even count, since we fill them out again.. I'm kind of worried now. I still have my checklist, I try remeber all the supporting documents I sent with the AOS but I might forget one or two. Do I have to bring everything from the I-864? I'm kind of nervous now

Another thing you can do is go on the social security website and print the webpage that states what documents is needed to obtain a social and bring it into their office to show them smh

thats the first time i heard of that. My passport and ead was what i used. Unless that person doesnt know what they are doing

Hm I don't know what to do. It was one person working on it at first, then she asked her co-worker after awhile they asked to supervisor to help and all of them said the same thing. I was so dissappointed. Do you know if I can work with only the EAD or do I need a SSN?

I received my EAD Combo Card today in the mail. Went to the Social Security Office to apply for SSN. They told me my passport and EAD isn't enough I need a Naturalization or Green Card with it? What's the point of applying for EAD when you can't use it? I don't understand

Do any of you know which photo will be on the EAD and greencard if approved? The one you sent with AOS or the one they took at the biometrics app? Just curios

Just bring document of BON FIDE MARRIAGE between you too. Overstay is normally forgiven when married to USC.

I hope we won't have any problems. Is it ok to bring the same ones you sent with the AOS Package? Like pictures, bank account etc

I have my interview on July 31rst, and I have a pretty long overstay.. since 2011 so 3 years.( We also got married 3 years ago, just didn't send of papers) I was really hoping to find something about what could happen at my interview because of that?

Yaay, got an E-mail this morning: Interview is on July 31rst.Woohoo Does that mean I won't get my EAD within the 90 days? Like they wait till the interviewis done or could I still get it earlier? The only status that changed was from I-487,the other ones are still ast updated May 1rst.

wow, that's very strange. I don't understand.. but there's nothing I can do besides wait. Did you get your EAD yet?

The Lady told me they're still working on cases from August 2013.. so it's going to be a looong time before my case will get processed . Ugh. I really wanted to go see my family in december but I think that's not possible. I've had my biometrics done May 23rd so exactly 4 weeks today. I hope I will get my ead soon

Biometrics done more than 3 weeks ago and still no update on anything :/

I had mine done exactly 3 weeks ago today. Nothing changed My Aos is still in Acceptance and EAD in Inital Review.. The last update was on may 1rst.. ugh it's so stressfull!

Also.. I updated my timeline.. somehow it doesn't show up? I'm confused lol
