I didnt want to apply another reentry permit..the last time i did, my reentry permit took a few months before it got approved..I'd probably be back with my degree finished before i even received my new reentry permit

Studying overseas in my home country

Hello,

I'm currently finish up my bachelors overseas and am on a 2 year reentry permit. However my permit expires in Nov 18 but my education will end in March 19, basically 4 months after my permit expires. After getting my degree, I intend to permanently reallocate to the USA.

Does any1 have any advice on how should i go about handling this? Would it be ok if i flew in Nov18 and stayed for a week before flying back?

I'm one of the winners of dv2015 but I've got nobody in US, no family no friends.

where should I apply to get my Green Card after I arrive in US? I mean I have no mail address out there.

do you have any suggestion for staying somewhere until I can get my gc and find some good rental offer?

It seems like the thread has diverted from the main reason why the thread was created

Many people have suggest renting PO box or so but I dont think thats possible as they require a physical verification

I got selected for processing for DV2015

AS 3XXX

My number is pretty low but Im having issues trying to estimate the date of my interview

Q1) Is there any reason for the spike in OCT numbers from 10-12?

Q2) Can i assume my interview would be most slightly in Jan-Feb?

Q3) Im trying to get an interview date around March as im still schooling and might have issues flying to US to activate my GC should i get it. What would be a good way to do this? File DS260 in Dec instead of May?
