What it means?

The same for mine it appears the same, probably ready for visa I'm worried like you.

tried to check my visa status check and responded with invalid case NO.

Tried passport status check and write like (no updates for this passport)

try to write your case number after deleting 000 like that 2015AF15XXX

I'm also at the same situation, my interview was on 31-5 and until now didn't receive passport, I emailed them and they told me they waiting for visa numbers to issue your visa.

Don't know what that mean, try email them again and they will respond remember to mention your case number and name and keep us updated!

1. You only need a police certificate if you were >6 month in a particular country.

2. Yes +48 .... is fine

3. With a number in the 2K range it is likely that you have your interview in October, latest November I would say.

you don`t need a police certificate from another country if you live less than 1 year not 6 month as the official site states.

however you need to state in the application your residency in any country if you live more than 6 months, that's the difference.

You can't just change your name to match an application. What does the birth certificate say? What does the high school certificate say? They all need to say the same thing. If it is not exactly the same as the confirmation letter, but it was the same as the entry form, you would be fine. But maybe to feel comforted I think Sheri needs to call KCC to clarify with them what should be done.

I`m your same condition and i will submitting the DS260 now and when we hopefully the baby is born will email Kentucky and they will ask about photo and birth certificate and update for DS260 for me and wife and add one for the baby that what i think.

Just put the date from where you have actually lived at that address.

The documentation re vaccinations etc you will get with your medical for the visa. I'd be surprised if you have it now.

the question about since when you live here about my permanent address i choose 2-2013 which is the date of our marriage but is it considered a lie?

since when i made the DV lottery in may 2013 i choose my passport address which is my father address?

the other question in the list of NO answers they ask about :

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

​if i answered yes i have to provide documentation? what is the right answer?

Please write what is the correct situation. I don't know why your passport says something else (or even why you have an address in your passport) but it is important that you fill in the form correctly and truthfully. Apart from anything else the consulates do background checks and if they find you are not living where the forms says you are they will think you are hiding something. They will also be suspicious if you are not at the same address as your wife. Remember any material false information on your form can result in disqualification

Re (1), do you live with your wife? It doesn't matter what your passports say, you must give your actual address. If you do not live with your wife, expect lots of questions at interview about how genuine your marriage is.

(2) again, it doesn't matter what your passport says, which is just the degree I presume anyway? If you have a job, write what your proper job title is. I don't think this is critical anyway - you will presumably be using education to qualify.

1- i have my father address on the passport and on the winning notification and i don`t want to change it also my wife in her passport have her family address and won`t change it either

so when i fill Ds260 i put my family address and her family address is that a problem?

2- i have written on my passport bachelor of commerce so that what i write as my job title?

I can't remember (we sent our forms back two years ago!!!) but I think it must be taken within last 6 months. My mantra: please make sure you READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY. All this stuff is in there. Please don't be one of the people who gets disqualified for something entirely avoidable just because they didn't read the instructions.

Egypt usually goes much more slowly than the rest of Africa, but you should be ok.

Send in your Ds260, then after your baby is born submit an updated one with it as new dependent (your spouse will need to send in updated form with relevant dependent bit updated too) as well as one for the baby, photos for the baby and and send copy of birth certificate to KCC. And start the application process for baby's passport and civil documents as soon as you can.

Your DS260 MUST be filled in correctly, to match up with your official identification documents. Never mind what you think you wrote on the entry. Fill in the DS260 correctly in every field. Remember the DS form is your application for an immigrant visa: if you knowingly write anything material that is incorrect it can be regarded as visa fraud, which carries a lifetime ban from entry into the US.

Regarding the forms, yes write as green card address and it's OK to either leave your own permanent address as blank or put your friend's address... they don't really mind about this, but they do need address for the green card.

first i don`t remeber how i write my father name as middle name or in my first name to explain it

my name is sherif kamal mohamed, kamal is my father

the name in the winning page appear like this MOHAMED, SHERIF KAMAL

this mean that i write it as middle name? i`m asking so they don`t consider it as a lie when writing ds260

second i have a friend in USA will write his address as green card address should i write his address in the permanent address or leave it blank?i will be in his address for awhile.
