So we filed our I- 130 last April and was rejected April 24, we only receive our receipt # about 3rd week of May since then we haven't received anything again so we don't know when can we start filing again since my husband called to uscis and asked what to do after being rejected,they want us to wait till we receive our petition back to us,and they said that they already after they rejected it sent it but it's 2 months already!!! We don't have idea what to do can we just file again without it? ?

Thanks guys it's kinda frustrating but we don't have any option but to wait

One of Vj here there petition send back to them after weeks because they missed signature... they just signed it andsend back to uscis... they dont pay again and after 15days she got approve this month....

Wow? They will going to send all documents back to us? We are about to prepare another set of documents because we thought they already throw our forms...

Yeah we didn't get case #,my husband used money order he's waiting to get it again so we can file again I hope it won't take that long it's too frustrating

My husband just called today since it's already 4 weeks after we sent the petition they said that it was rejected because of missing signature what makes us upset is we haven't received any noticed about this no email no letter

Yea we are getting worried no emails, no letter we are sure that we sent everything that needed so we don't have any idea why we haven't received anything yet

Yea we did,I am sure we sent every documents that needed even the e-notification form that's why we're a little worried why we haven't received any e-mail from uscis..for now we don't have any choice but to wait hopefully we will receive something this week..

When my husband called they just said that we should receive a letter this week and asked him to wait 1 hour maybe they were about to give him the reference number or any information about our petition but he can't wait that long because of his work..

Not yet, my husband already called they said that we should receive a letter this week,it's kinda frustrating because I have a friend whos husband filed same day and they already receive a noa1 last week and some of my fb friends receive theirs just less than a week after filing the petition
