Hi all,
I am working through my and my family's DS-260 (my number is high, and am still awaiting new passports, hence the lack of urgency in filling in the DS-260). The list of addresses question. My wife is concerned about getting "caught out" if we don't list work trips. My view is work trips are not "residence" and would fall under the same category as vacation/travel. Here are the two that concern her:
- When we moved to HK my company put me up for a month in a serviced apartment so we had time to find a place to live. Should I list this address?
- When I left Japan my company asked me to come back for 3 months to help train my replacement, as my subordinate who was suppose to take over left two weeks after me! Should I list this address?
My wife view is we should err on the side of caution, but our address log is already very long and to insert these extra addresses means I would have to redo most of them (since I can't insert I believe).
Thanks in advance.

Wanted to follow up my previous comment. Using the guide from BritSimons I was able to figure out that I had fat fingered my birthday during the application and used one of my secondary emails. The guide is here:
If you stuff up your DoB or forget your email KCC will not help you. I suggest you always take a copy of your application. -

You can do either of those, both will be fine especially for a high number.
Great. Thank you.

Is there are a hard time limit on filling in the ds260? Especially if you have a high number?
Two of my kids passports have expired since I applied and it will take 6-8 weeks to get a new one. So looking at July before I can fill the ds260 in.
Or is it ok to use expired passports now and update latter (or if I get an interview bring old and new with me)?
thanks all.

Yes for both. Thanks for clarifying.

According to those stats, as an Australian, I have a relatively whopping 6% chance. However I have listed HK as my place of residence each application. I believe I would still fall under the Oceania quota though?

Great. Thank you.

HI all,
Seems my number hasn't come up again for the 5th year in a row. Just out of interest I notice people are calculating odds, how are you doing that? Are the number of visas and applicants per country available somewhere?
Thanks in advance.
