I send all of the originals and i make sure that I copy everything I send.. They approved my case the 14 of this month and a week after they send back my originals!! Good luck

Well, the thing is, yours went to TSC, so it is understandable. Mine is at CSC. They generally process faster.

Clauydulce, wasn't your petition got approved within weeks after your paper work got transferred to CSC?

Yes they transfered me but my petition was at CSC for 4 months, now i got the approval but I haven't got my hard copy yet and still don't have a case number

Mine was approved the 14 after 6 months waiting on my case number

si todo tiene que esta traducido ademas recibos de pago y eso no cuenta lo que cuenta en realidad es fotos tickets de avion y de hoteles y las stamps del pasaporte!! Bueno eso fue lo que me pidieron a mi y aun espero respuesta de si me negaron o me apruevan el caso te dire yo mande 100 fotos y aparte de lo otro ue me pidieron y todo en ingles

Lucky you they send me RFE 5months later I think my case will last longer then any one else IM so mad at USCIS

They transfer me to mesquite texas on 8/11 two weeks later they send me RFE now I'm waiting for my hard copy cause I still don't know what is missing or what they want from us we just hit our 5 months waiting for an approval and now look what they send us RFE I don't know what to think ?
