Can you please advise if i need to pay additional fee for I129F or just for I-130 and do i send both of the documents together. Also in addition, Do i fill out G 325 and also i don't understand what I 130A form is for.

What was your scan dates?

AOS september 11 and IV for september 26. I got a false checklist last week monday on November 10. Supervisor was kind enough to review it within 5 days and approve the case.

I my status of AOS changes last night. I called NVC last friday and they advised me that CC. So i believe the case is completed as of November 14, 2014.

I was just wondering how many days it will take NVC to schedule an interview at BMB Consulate.

I am really hoping for december interview so i see my wife for our first marriage anniversary.

Please advise.

It is not really 100% but most who got changes are cc. If you have smartphone and good internet connection try to check the app "hangout" by google if it is free to call usa from uae. Becauae from where i am at it is free. Just do not forget to put +1 in front of nvc number. +16033340700. Hope this helps.

My AOS scan date was 9/11 and IV scan date was 9/26 or 9/29 depending on which customer service representative replied. But i had a false checklist email on

11/10 for original birth certificate. Which i was sure that i submitted and i called them and ask for supervisor review. the supervisor was extremely helpful and he adivsed me that he will look into it and since then i have been calling everyday and talking to the supervisor and he advised me that it will be completed next week. But when i called them today, the represantive told me that it was completed as of yesterday night. But Fee hasn't been changed and she also advised me that it is in line for interview date.

I am just wondering when will i get the interview date.

I called NVC and they advised me that case was completed as of yesterday when i talked to the customer service. But on CEAC website the status still shows Paid. Is it possible to have a case complete or the customer service rep just lied to me.

Please advise. I am really excited and nervous at the same time.

I had a false checklist and supervisor reviewed it i guess.

I got a false checklist for the original birth certificate. So i called NVC and asked for the supervisor to review it on Monday November 10, 2014. Today is November 12, 2014. How many days does it usually take to review the packet or mistake and for case complete.

If you sure that you send the original documents then just request for supervisor review... they will review it within 2 weeks... After review I received personal call from NVC. just call every few days to find out the status.. Which state are you from ? ..

If anyone of you can help me. I got a false checklist for my wife for the Birth Certificate. I submitted all the original documents and yesterday i got a false checklist. I called NVC and talked to the supervisor and he advised me that he will look into it. But as you know how they don't respond or get back to you. Please assist if any of you have been in this situation and what steps do i need to take to get the cc asap. I also asked him that if they have opened my AOS packet as it is been 60 days and they said no. so i don't understand how they send me the checklist for IV docs for birth certificate.

All I got approved today this morning PD of 01/29/2014 at Nebraska Service Center. Really happy, good luck to all of you. I am confident the approval are coming soon from NSC as most of the February Filers aat NSC were transferred to CSC.

Good luck to all of you there, who helped me and others through this almost 6 months of hectic waiting. Now I hope NSC will be an easy ride.

Where did your file went. Did it routed through Nebraska service center or other service center. My file is at Nebraska with a priority date of 29 January. And congratulations once again.

I received notice that my wifes I-130 was approved today..I filed January 17th 2014, had request for evidence on April 14th 2014, and returned it the April 18th 2014. Then they sent request for evidence for my step son, not sure what they want, and today they sent email saying hers was approved.

First of all congratulations Cbrammer1219 that you petition was approved. I see that you filed from Chicago and went to NSC. I assume that you are from Illinois.

I am from Illinois as well. I filed I130 for my wife and went to NSC as well. PD 01/28/2014. Does that mean I should be getting approval soon? Did your file went to NSC or different service center, Please let me know.
