    So i called NVC today, i asked about my 130 and they received it oct 8.. They said i had to wait 30 business day for them to assign a case #. Then i asked about my 129f , they asked for my name and email and my husbands name and email, then she told me my 129 was sent to ciudad juarez on oct 8!! They said my husband will get a letter through email and mail! What does this mean!! Are they letting me go with the 129!!! Omg i hope so!!!
