Even if you never earned any money and have no assets, you, as petitioner, are the primary sponsor.
Fill in the I-864 fully (with lots of zeroes if needed), and add a short cover letter explaining why you never filed taxes.
Wait... have you been working in Germany?
If so, as US citizen, you need to file taxes with the IRS. You won't need to pay any, but you do need to file taxes if you work abroad. Back file taxes asap. then send evidence of it with your I-864.

Hey, can someone pls help me. I sent out the last package including the affidavit of support from our cosponsor. The frankfurt consulate now emailed my husband saying that my affidavit is missing and to include my W2s.
My problem is (and this is why i didnt send it the first time) that i have both, the US and German citizanship and have been living here for the last 13 years. Im 25 and therefor have never worked in the USA or filied for taxes...
What should i so???

Hey, that happend to me too over a weekend (sent out thurday) end and i kept checking everyday and on a wednesday it was updated to recieved saturday... So i guess they dont update it all the time -.-
