FINALLY I GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Just received an email that we got approved. Two days shy of 6 months. I can update my time-line here, but I'm a little nervous to update the spreadsheet as I'm Android only while in Romania and the Google Sheets app says something about not supporting all of the elements in the sheet.
For my fellow RFE victims, if it helps, the RFE was on May 7, they acknowledged the response on May 19, and finally approved on May 27. I suppose it could have been worse and we are thrilled beyond words to be past this stage, but I'm also annoyed that this could mean an extra month apart from my wife for no good reason.
We wish everyone a speedy approval. This process is truly inhumane at best.

WE GOT APPROVED TODAY FROM THE VSC! PRAISE TO GOD! I STAYED UP ALL NIGHT CRYING AND WOKE UP TO GREAT NEWS. MY PD 11/12/2013 AND I PUT IN SR 5/19/2014!

Just got approved yesterday. It took one week from when they received our RFE. Not bad.

I can't believe we have this whole world that no one knows about. I really appreciate you guys and it's just shows that humans can be good. Were all strangers and we came together to support each other there's something about that
, that is wonderful.
I think we need to stay strong no matter how hard this is. You guys are some of the strongest people I've ever met (even just online met). We will finish this and it'll be over forever. We will stick together and good things will happen. I want to go to US (home) so bad I cry on a daily basis. But it's you guys who keep me and all of us going. We aren't alone. We aren't forgotten.
And we will F^#%^^% USCIS up of they think were weak and don't know what's going on.
We can do this guys. It's awful, inhumane, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. But I'm glad you're all here and we go thru this together.

OMG!! I just got notification of approval!! OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!! I'm in tears!

I wanted to share with you all that indeed my i130 was approved today after 6 months 3 days. Moving on to the next step. Good luck to everyone still waiting for approval.

Called UCIS to request an expedite on April 30th, Checked my case status online today and I130 was approved on May 2nd! OMG!!! Is this for real?!
WoW Finally things are happening and I'm so Happy right now!!

Hi everyone,
I called USCIS today and I was forwarded to a tier2 person and after a long (1 hour) wait, I explained that our application was way over the normal processing time. She was very helpful and attempted to put an inquiry through to NSC. She came back on the phone and said that she can't put the request in because they are actively looking at our I-130. She said that I should expect to hear back in max 5 days and if I don't I should call back.
So they are definitely starting to process the November applications. TeaCup...you guys really lucked out or maybe it helps that you called multiple times. Anyways...that's what's going on.
