My Fiance has entered the POE in the USA on a K-1 visa. She had a family emergency and had to return to the Ukraine prior to us being able to marry about 10 days after she arrived. The embassy will give her another visa to reenter the USA. But now she wants to be married in the Ukraine. Is it possible to go the DCF route at this stage and we be married in her home country. Has anyone have any information that might be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Hi All,
Well finnaly our wait to be together will be over. My Lady Maryana is flying into Minneapolis Sunday where I will meet her and her son and be reunited. At last we will begin our lives together here in the USA. After 8 months of waiting and wondering I guess it all has been worth it.
