My husband and I filed for i-485 and i-130 last June and we went to a green card interview based on marriage on Oct, 2013. I thought the interview went well 'cause the IO seemed so nice. She said she would make a decision within 120 days.
About us, I came here on a F1 visa in 2010 and got married in 3/2013. I took last Fall semester off since we had a financial problem at that time.
I made an infopass in Feb to ask what was going on with my case and the officer said he will pass my request for a decision to my case officer.
It's been 6 months waiting and I don't know if there is anything wrong that I'm unaware of. Some of my friends got approved on spot and that makes me so nervous.
