Is the CEAC information reliable ?
On April 8 it reported "Ready"
On April 10 it reported "Administrative Processing"
On April 14 it reported "Issued"
... and my fiancee has not been called by the consulate. April 28 will be 10 business days since April 14.

Seems like you get to re-apply, but for K-3. It would be unjust to deny your K-3 because the K-1 requirement (unmarried) was not met. "How did they find out?" <----- good question.
