Okay so this is what we did:

We called NVC, a manager told us that they never got our case, I assumed they never got the batch, and she recommend us to call back the USCIS and complain, She also told us that she attend a few more calls on the same situation today, so yeah, we are not alone.

After that we called the USCIS and the lady who attend us first, wel... she hanged up on us when we asked her for a Tier 2. Then we called back and after a few minutes on hold we got to speak to a Tier 2, he admitted that our case never got sent out and he put a service request for it.
We are also gonna contact our local congressman again.

We just called USCIS and spoke to a tier 2 representative. We got told that our case got sent to NVC on september 19th. We are now trying to get the batch number from NVC. I think they lost it...

Hey guys, I think we are in the exact same situation. We got approved on september 19t but NVC hasn't received our case yet. Its frustrating and annoying. We've been trying everything but we haven't heard anything back from NVC, USCIS,congressman yet.

I really hope we all get this sorted before Christmas

We were just wondering while we are waiting for the NOA2, and our co-sponsors tax return of last year wouldn't have qualified, this year she does as she got promoted few months ago. Will the fact that she made less money last year hurt us at all during this process?

We mailed ours on 04/22, they received it on the 30th. We didn't get the email until yesterday, 05/05. Now they just changed my ARN.
