Do you know how long does it take to schedule interview? :/ They set us for interview queue on 10/22 and the mail ( notice ) came on 11/01 ...

Still have not gotten update for interview. I was expecting notice that they have transferred papers to local office or something, but I guess our file is still in the waiting room in Vermont :/

Anyway, congrats to everyone who have been approved.

Yeah right, what did I do to deserve this..... I had everything lined up, all papers they are asking even more. No RFE, straight interview :|

I have heard that second interview is really intense, 3 to 4 hours questioning in separate rooms. That's gonna be fun..... Do know what to say, it is what it is.

Hey guys, so I called Vermont like a week ago to service request, and got an mail yesterday saying that my case is in the queue for interview :/

they will let me know when interview is scheduled. I will let you know when i have a date.

Hey guys, just got of the phone with Vermont office.... the guy said there is no change on my case and he will submit service request to get an answer why is my case is still pending. They will mail me an answer in 15 to 30 days : /

Anyway, we are moving in a week and I forgot to ask him if my wife needs to change address through USCIS??.. .I know I have to submit AR-11 as a applicant, but not sure about my wife.

What is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? You need that date for the list

Yes, you'll get a bio appointment letter in the mail next week or so...

Receipt date on my NOA is 4/10/2014 but I got it in my mail on 4/25

I have sent I-751 with following documents on 4/8/2014, received next day ( 4/9/14) and signed by L Zuchowski. Its been two weeks and I have not gotten Notice of Action and my check has not been cashed yet!!!

Nothing, crickets for two weeks .....

I was freaking out, but now I guess everyone who has sent I-751 to Vermont in April is still waiting
