I need to know how long, once you recieve the K3 visa, how long you have to actually use it. i.e How long is it valid for, prior to leaving for the US? I can not find this out anywhere and would be extremely gratefull if anyone could let me know.

hi can anyone point me in the right direction for looking up the process involved in applying for a us visa. me and my american wife live in the uk. i believe it is a k3 visa.

me and my (american) wife currently live in England. We started the process to apply for a visa for me to immigrate over there a couple of years ago, but became dismayed at the thought of being apart for so long, so we sorted a visa to come here in no time and are curently married and living happily ever after. however in the next 18 months to 2 years or so we plan to move back. what id like to know are the processing times involved, and also how long is a visa valid for? ( ie when it is issued, how soon would i have to move over?)
