  1. The 01/09/2014 i checked my case online and i found :

On January 9, 2015, we suspended processing of your case, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXX, because we need more information from you. Your notice explains what we need from you to resume work on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

But today i just got on my Mail my ASC B
    iometrics-ASC appointment notice !! so i don't undertstand , i don't know if it's an error on the system or not !

i want to know if that did happen to someone else !

    Thank you .

  2. If your co-sponsor includes you in their household or you're a dependent under their taxes, you would be included. I don't know if your co-sponsor is related to you or anything of that matter, so you'd have to clarify.

If your co-sponsor was a friend who had a wife and a child, for example, his household size would be himself, his wife, their child and the foreign spouse and NOT include you. If the co-sponsor is your mother and you live with her or she files use as a dependent under your taxes, then you would be included.

    Every circumstance is different.

my co sponsor does not uncludes me or my childs in his taxe , he only claims his Wife that's all , but at embassy they said he is not making enough for himself , His wife , the foreign , and me ( petioner ) and my childs , they did count me and my childs on his Households size even if he lives in his own House , and does not claim anyone else exept his wife !

  3. If you know all this, then you would know the answer, besides the fact that I just posted the answer about how to count household size. That is exactly who is counted. That was your question. How to count household size is the answer.

Does your co-sponsor claim you or your child on their taxes? Yes? Then you are counted. No? Then you are not. Just as it states in what I posted.

thnak for your answer , but my question was not that ,it's just at embassy for the 134 I they did count household size of the Co Sponsor and my Household size so i wanted to know if it's the same for the 864 I !

  4. The co-sponsor would have to make enough to support himself, his household and the beneficiary or foreign spouse. He/she does not include you or your dependents when filling out the I-864.

ahh Okay thank you cause at embassy when we did use the 134 I , they did count my childs and myself ( the petioner ) , so that's weird , so you are sure about it ? or calling NVC to confirm that is solution ?

  5. You need the I-134 for the K-1 via, unless your consulate specifically stated they want an I-864 from your co- sponsor.

How to count household size >

Your household size includes yourself and the following individuals, no matter where they live: any spouse, any dependent children under the age of 21, any other dependents listed on your most recent Federal income tax return, all persons being sponsored in this affidavit of support, and any immigrants previously sponsored with a Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ

i am sorry but i know all this but you did not answer to my question !

  6. I think you must have misread, I have never seen it stated that it has to be by a family member, probably the most common scenario for obvious reasons.

So your Fiancee is lining up another sponsor?

Someone here did send me a msg telling me that her fiance had interview and they did use a friend as co sponsor , but at the embassy they did ask that the co sposnor must be a family member , Someone who have a reason to do it

  7. Hello , I want to share with You this , I had my interview today , everything was Okay , Exept One thing , My fiance does not make enough , she makes about 15 k / years , so we had to use her father as co sponsor , so after all what i did read here on Visajourney , The Co Sponsor just need to make enough for himself , his family and for the foreigne fiance , my fiance's dad make 33 k / years , he is just married , So i thought it would be enough for him , his wife , and me ! but what a bad surprise at the embassy , They told me that everything is Fine but the co sponsor needs to make for 6 if he is single, and for 7 if he is married , cause they count even my fiance and her 3 childs even if her childs live with their dad , so i didn't get my visa cause 3 k / years , 250 dollars per month , Unlucky :crying: they did ask me for another co sponsor who makes enough for me , my fiance ,and her childs ,but they didn't require that the co Sponsor would be a family member as i did read here it would be Anyone , So i have nothing to lose , if anyone can help me he could just send me a PV , Thank you

  8. hey there , i was having an interview for today i did cancel it , cause i don't have the form 1040 taxe and w2 of my co sponsor " My fiance's father" , since my fiance does not Make enough , we did use her dad as a cosponsore but he does not want to give us the taxe pappers 1040 and w2 ,(i will never understand that ) , , but he Only gave us , the affidavit 134 i , Some paystubs , and a letter from work that's all , so Should i just continue and go to My Interview wtihout those pappers and try my chance ! ? or should i find another person ( friends ) to be our other co sponsor ? if you have any advices , thank you
