Your noa1 for AOS is around a week before mine, but I didn't get my waiver letter until December a full three months later!

At least they are consistent, consistent with being totally inconsistent! Imagine if the USCIS was a restaurant ..... Nope best not to don't want nightmares tonight!

Hi Shell, I was able to find my original waiver letter. Turns out it was November 12, 2014 instead of September 2014 and I just updated my timeline. Looks like our time lines really are quite similar. Good luck to both of us!

Update March 2015,

Filed AOS in August 2014, still waiting for any response after receiving interview waiver letter. Hopeful to hear something in April 2015.

You are not at the TSC, you are at CSC according to your timeline.

That is correct. I went through the csc.

I filed out my own forms without the help of a lawyer. Received my Noa1 on March 7, Noa2 on April 8. Good luck. :-)
