meaning is submit the original copy of divorce certificate that was giving to you when ur divorce was approved.
Go to the court where the divorce has been filed and get a divorce decree usually a certified copy by the court. Thats what i did.

hi... plzz ,I did not understand this messagesubmit a legible copy of the final divorce decree signed by a judge or magistrate that shows proof of filing.or the death certificate issued by the civil authorities,that terminated the prior marriage between xxx and xxx

You just have to go to the city hall of the city the divorce took place in and request it. I think it is a $20 fee if I am not mistaking.
