On the top of page 6 of the instructions for the I-751 form, it says "Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people" yada yada yada. Does this mean that this affidavit has to be done in front of a judge or just a notary public?
And does anyone have an example of such an affidavit?

Thanks all

I received the email and text message that our petition "has been accepted and routed to . . . ". Does that mean I have gotten the first Notice of Action?

Folks, Can someone please help me understand the cut-off date stuff? I can not make heads or tails of the Visa Bulletin. And the Priority Date Checker on travel.state.gov does not have an option to choose K-1 under the 'Family Sponsored category' pull-down menu. I will be sending in my petition on Oct. 16th (tomorrow). What does that mean as far as this cut-off date stuff is concerned? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a question about form I-129F, Questions 31 & 31. It states "If your fiancé(e)'s native alphabet uses other than Roman letters, write his or her name and address abroad in the native alphabet." In Nepal, they use both Roman letters AND Nepalese script. Do these questions REQUIRE Nepalese script? Or can they be answered in Roman letters? Any help is appreciated.
