Im also sorry you feel that way but you will have to wait. Look at my timeline and at the very end got my congressman and senator its unfortunate but you are not yet even past your processing time you have sometime to go before you lose it mentally...i also felt the same way i was at the the transfer and the unfairness of approvals but it is what it is.we gotta wait

all i can say is it was about time.... im very appreciative for the help i received from my congressman and senators office. upset with being 8 months and 7 days was way past normal processing time. the approval came as i thought it would i said a few weeks ago learning the status of another fellow petitioner kind of did some numbers and figured that it would not go past april 29th and at 8:30pm the email alert happened as expected a evening notification via gmail

I was told yesterday my case was a n18 or a p18 meaning 18 days past normal processing time from understanding it cannot go past 60 days after that.. but then who knows...anything to get me off the phone... so i just when ahead and got my congress officr envolved to file an inquiry.

all docs have my current name as it is now birth cert. id passport its just when i was 12 i had a legal name change so the i129f ask if i used any other names so i did put my birth name. as i stated before on my prev petition i included the legal name change docs but today 10 years again doing another k1 i forgot to put the lagal name change form when i was 12 years old.

When i filled my 1st k1 10 years ago as the petitioner i included name change paperwork not knowing if it was important or not that was for when i was 12 years old.i was 28 at my 1st petition. Now im 38 divorced filing another k1 but i forgot to put the name change info from when i changed my name @12 do you think this could trigger an rfe...

thank you all for the well wishes. i have been on this journey before about 10 years ago i admit it was crazy but all in all in only took 4 months i have been reading all the timelines and i see the hudge change in time..once again thank you if any help i need i shall ask and if any help you need i shall help...

im sending in my little 8lb box with petition and all the proofs i have. what so you think would be the best way to divide everything i am using dividers with the differnt color tabs should i use that or just divide each section with some colored paper.....8:30am package goes away....

yes i do agree the forms are different. a asked the question cause this time only 1 printed out. when i did it back in 2004 ithink like 3 or 4 printed
