my wife arrived here on a k1 visa, we married, and now going through aos. we're also applying for her ssn but the thing is, she already has one and didn't know it. she got it years ago when living in the us as a student and forgot all about it. now my question is... all this time we've submitted paperwork saying she did not have a social security number but now she actually has one, what do we do? our interview for her green card is in a few days so should we bring it up with the interviewer? do we even need to apply for a ssn? kinda worried this might set things back since, like everyone else on this site, we've gone through a lot with the system for her to stay here. thanks for any input...
