So I received an RFE for my I-751 waiver (husband and I divorced before two years), but I'm not sure what else I can provide. I submitted everything I had (which, unfortunately, was mostly secondary evidence) in my original application. I could provide plenty more affidavits, photos, emails exchanged between my husband and I while we were dating...etc. But I don't have any more "official" documents to prove the marriage was entered into in good faith, as I already submitted everything I had.
What do I do? Is the RFE a bad sign?
I have a very good immigration lawyer and I'm scheduled to speak with her about this on Tuesday, but needless to say, I'm freaking out a little. Any info/advice is appreciated! Gotta get through the weekend!
