What is the basis of your expedite.

We are requesting for a schedule of interview at same of my sons schedule coz he is a minor we are both petitioned by my husband and also we have the same priority date it was september 30,2013

Where did you get that update?im in september 30,2013 priority date but until now we dont have IL how sad on my part

Depending on local procedures at the location where you were interviewed, your visa will be mailed or available for pickup soon. Has the visa packet already left the consulate? And if so is there a way to track it until it reaches its destination?

I checked on CEAC about the visa of my son was issued..how long does it takes to be deliver?do you have idea?

We have the same problem my husbAnd filed different cases but he pay the iv fee under my case now i filed for iv application under also my case which my son in accompany status but the my husband called to nvc they told him that we must file separately so the nvc advise he must send an email together with the receipt for iv fee so they can process separately....

You need to call NVC to check the problem...

Was able to access and completed Ds261 last Feb 19 and paid AOS today. Now, my status at NVC is ds261= completed, AOS FEE=in process.

I feel concern about your trouble because my kids and me have different cases numbers and I think it s logic to be interview the same day as the mother of the kid you should be fine on time. Try to ask NVC
