I was so scared because we received a checklist for the Affidavit Of Support along with case complete Jan. 15th, 2015...it was incomplete...although we met the guidelines.

He was asked who petitioned for you? (Looking at the Hubby) He answered...

How long have you been married? (Looking at the Hubby) He answered...

How many kids does your wife have? Names? He answered...

The the man said...APPROVED:)

He didnt even ask for phone records or any other evidence....not even the updated AOS.

She was unaware of any phone updates,and said that I was not the only customer that had mentioned this.

I was on hold for about 23 minutes...no CC yet for me.

Told me to call in a few days.

I called NVC 2 hours ago and got through no problem.. but waited 40 minutes to talk to a rep.

I got through this time without getting the closed message.

Our verbal checklist Nov 21 received checklist email Dec 10th, overnight scan date Dec 11. Found another error from attorney overnight new checklist scan date Dec 18. Heavenly Father help all of us fly through this storm.

I am so sorry about this. The storm will be over soon.

I also received a checklist Nov. 13th

Sent document (that they lost) Nov. 19th...

One rep says that I am in Supervisor Review...42 days and the other says wait 60 days

TODAY IS DAY 29 from my last scan date

DS 260 was just reviewed Dec. 16th....although I submitted it Sept.18th

Hi guys, this is my 7th month at the NVC. I almost feel embarrassed to say. Even though it's not my fault it's their. My checklist scan date is Nov. 14. I just hope I get CC before Christmas! My original dream was to have my hubby here for Christmas, but since I know that is not possible , I pray for CC by Christmas! Let's all keep each other updated for any movements. I 'll keep all of you in my prayers

A bit over 2 weeks waiting for a supervisor to review my case.

Received our case complete via email today. I checked CEAC and the trick about watching it change from Paid to N/A never worked for us. We received our NOA2 in May. So we spent less than 7 months at NVC. Just wanted to give an update. I'll see y'all on Dwheels case complete thread
