Sure I will keep you up to date. I am suspecting the glitch because even during the glitch there was some people who can access payment and ds260 and others do not that's why. I sent them an email today asking them for info and I am waiting their response. Friday will probably have an early leave as here in the US and Monday is holiday.

wow...its hard to believe that Morrocco has reached its country quota already....im guessing that your ceac account is saying your case is ready?

Could it be just a system problem with the morocco embassy...I read somewhere that they were upgrading their system - or something like that. This is really, really perplexing.

Did they say when they would be contacting your wife to follow-up/reschedule etc...?

I don't think so it is a quota problem since she told me another lady who passed in front of her who is in F2A too got approved. Yes in ceac it says Ready and the case was updated today. When she was called he told her that he did not understand that he cannot open her files on the system. I guess he was trying to open DS260 I think. He just took her phone number and told her we will call you he need to check with Washington for the issue and he gave her the passport back and she kept all documents she brought even medicals they did nit want to take them. Will it be that some people still affected by June glitch? So frustrating ...

Thank you Sbai2000. She went today but they could not interview her. He told her he cannot access her files on the system and he need to call Washington. He does not know if it is quota problem or something else. They did not take any document or fingerprint her or anything. What does it mean? I do not think it is quota problem

Do we have to wait for the interview letter to do the medical?

At least in my country they require it the day of the medical. They also ask you on the phone when is your interview.

Ok Interview date confirmed September 3rd. They just scheduled it last Thursday I should receive the IL this week probably. So February fillers hang on it looks like they are still scheduling

Just called now. Interview is in September 3. I need to call again to make sure because something is wrong if my interview is in two weeks and I still did not get any IL. Normally we get notified 4 weeks in advance.

Congratz!!! You will get IL next month most likely by end of this month like me!!!

Btw guys. For those who just got their case completr and just received IL. Should you collect again all documents (police, I864, ...) and have it again day of interview even if they are less than a year old?

What I do is I spam redials as soon as it fails sometimes it takes me 50 redials sometimes only 5 redials depends.

Please help me out. My friend told me that when I have applied for my spouse under F2A, somewhere the NVC will need me to send them tax return docs for 3 years. I came to US late in 2013 and so far I have only one tax form fr 2014 because 2013 I was not working. from what I see, If NVC asks for those docs by 2016 I will only have 2, for 2014 and 2015. IS that enough? Anybody in the same case please help

I was on same situation as you. I got my green card on November 2013. For 2013 I filled taxes and declared my foreign income I had on 2013. When I sent to NVC I sent only 2013 and 2014 and I wrote a letter explaining the situation why I only filled 2 years and not 3. Now my case is complete so I won;t have any issue you just need to write a paper explaining that.

No never. I sent more than what they asked for just to avoid a check list.

A quick update just to hrlp anyone after us in the future. I just had the AOS payment status change to N/A. So I have 3 N/A npw in my CEAC. I think it changes after 1 week of being CC.

Just got a case complete notification today !!!!

I was able to access DS260. AOS and IV fees are flaged as PAID. I paid both fees by cashier check.

I was on same category as you when I got my visa in 2013 it was F24. You should get same thing I guess

I waited a month after I mailed my IV fee (May 29 overnight) and nothing happened... and about 3 weeks after I was able to pay online... and I ended up spending another $650 paying online just to access DS260

Based on their latest updates they are hoping to have DS260 fixed early next week.
