We got green denail:(. My fiance try yo cross 7 years ago but got caught and was ask who he was with he said my cousin which they both we seperet way when trying. and so they gave him the paper it said denail because of alian smuggling, we are so heart broken. I'm trying to see where to go to appeal there decision. we have cried all day.Please help anyone

I called today and was told our pk 3 letter was sent out on the 9th and it will take 10 business days to get it:)

NVC received my case Monday, but still no case number assigned yet. I am still gonna keep calling weekly, lol..

That's what they told me when I had called, but I waited 1 day and then they had my case number try tomorrow I bet you get it Sending good vibes...

Anyone have past experience with Cuidad Juarez times on sending out packet 3 once at consult?

Please help anyone with advise.... Here is my situation NOA 2 approved 5/15/15.....sent to NVC ....Got case number and invoice number and was told case was sent to cuidad juarez June 2 and checked Juarez Web site for update said visas ready set up appt.....well I went on line filled out the D160 got confermation page. then went to set up appt payed $265 let me set up ASC appt for July 3 in Guadalajara,and Interview appt. for July 7th in Juarez. Then when I clicked on the link it brought up D260 but it keeps saying invoce does not match case number???? I think I did something wrong PLEASE GIVE ANY ADVICE I WILL ALSO CALL JUAREZ IN THE MORNING

.BUT I called back this evening and guess what..... I got my case number and a very nice lady said it would be sent

out in a couple of days to Cuidad Juarez..... yaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy We are soooooooo happy... sending good vibes to all of you....

For those of you that have went through Juarez what timelines did you experience?

Our NOA 2 was approved May 15th and recived at the NVC May 29th what should we be doing now ??? How long do you think it will be untill apt.? I will be traveling down to Guadalajara to be with my fiance so just wondering. Thank you in advance for any help .

Well I just call again.......and after being on hold for 1 hour and 15 min I spoke with a very nice man he said we haven't got it possessed yet, BUT it is here...call back next week and we will have your case number
