ankara embassy just scheduled feb interviews and some march interviews. it has been a month and a half since cc and we haven't received an interview date yet. Is this normal?

Calling Nvc is useless. Should I try the embassy?

I did it with Turbotax. It is easy and you can use foreign tax credit

Hi, I filed for I 130 for my husband. We both live in Turkey so we used our Turkish address. However, we realized that we are not getting the mail from USCIS even-though we saw that our status changed to RFE in USCIS website and got the NOA.1 via email. So, I called them and gave them an US address for mailing purposes. They said this fine and won't change our status and they will resend the notices to the US address. Now our status changed to Initial review instead of RFE. What does this mean? Thanking you in advance
