just want to ask some questions regarding my petition for my husband. The fees for the visa payment has been issued already to us but i cant pay it right now coz we ddnt have work for almost 2 months now and theres no way i can pay the fees right away, my question is, is there expiration for that or you will have to pay for it right away?..thank you

If you can't feed yourself, how are you going to feed for another two?

its not that i cant feed myself..i just had a baby that's why i stopped working for a while when i gave birth. and i have no body to help me and my friend just told me about the food stamp thing that's why i applied and then i got approved now that im working i don't really need food stamp, they give me small amount anyway. i can stop getting it if i have to because im working now. i just wanna get some opinion if receiving food stamp will actually gonna affect the processing.

i've been receiving them since last year but not consistent. and im only getting a minimum amount.

so it means that i should stop my benefits of getting foodstamp? Thanks

I filed form I-130 last month for my husband and stepdaughter in the philippines and im currently receiving Medi-Cal and foodstamp, will it affect the process because im receiving all these?
