After that. I think YOU have to wait more 4 or 5 months at the NVC. for the interview.

I am spouse of US citizen and Our case was recieved on Feb 3th 2014, at the Nebraska an we received our NOA2 on July 29th 2014, 5 months and 25 days at Nebraska. Now we are waiting for our case arrive at NVC.

O processo CR1 é um green card pré-aprovado. O processo é bifásico, pois tem início no USCIS, após aprovação é encaminhado ao NVC e após segunda aprovação é encaminhado ao Brasil para que faça uma entrevista junto ao Consulado Americano do Rio de Janeiro. O tempo médio de duração de todo este processo é de 8 meses mas pode ser julgado antes dependendo do número de requisições.As taxas não estão incluídas no valor dos honorários e serão de US$ 420.00 de protocolo; US$ 150.00 de exame médico; US$ 230.00 de taxa de entrevista; US$ 88.00 de affidavit of support.Após a entrevista junto ao consulado do Rio o visto CR1 será emitido em 5 a 7 dias úteis e já poderá viajar. Você também receberá um envelope lacrado do Consulado para entregar no aeroporto. Com este pacote o seu green card chegará pelo correio dentro de 1 mês.

I din't receive the NOA2 yet..

the visa is valid for 6 months....if 2 came to US and 4 don't, before 6 months they have to aplly again

I submitted the I-130 for my wife in Jan 30,2014. I am a US Citizen and I live in Brazil with my wife.. we reveived the first NOA on Feb 03,2014. Our case was in Nebraska Service Center. we don't have heard anything.We only can wait more....

We are waiting for 4 months on USCIS.
My husband is coming back to the US but my processp didn t go to NVC yet.
