For making this spreadsheet and to everyone who participates. This is a HUGE help in getting some idea of the wait times and figuring out what we have to deal with.

Absolute uncertainty is the worst and now we at least have an inkling of how things might go.

Of course as they say on Wall Street past performance is no indicator of future results... but it's still nice to know.

You may be one of the October filers whose petition got misrouted in transit from CSC to NVC. Start calling both of them to figure out what is going and mentally prepare yourself for being sent on a merry-go-around.

Ohhh great... our wonderful government at its best. And we're supposed to trust these idiots with our healthcare system? Terrifying.

I searched the forums but couldn't find anything about the delay. Apparently my search skills need improving.

Our application was approved and we received our NOA2 I-797 form dated November 18, 2014. I expected some delays because of the holidays but it's been more than two months and we haven't heard a peep. A couple weeks ago I sent an email to the address listed on the form asking for more information but I haven't received any response to that either.

Is there some delay at the Manila embassy? Is it just because of the holidays? Is this the new normal wait time for the paperwork to be transferred?

There is a phone number listed on the I-797 form. Has anyone used that? Will they or can they give any answers or help if I call?

Just starting to get a little concerned here. We just want to get married and start our life together.

I hate red tape.
