In my passport, my married name is next to my maiden name. 

As follows:

sato(black). I didn't have any problems when I book airline ticket. I also want to keep my maiden name for my child in Japan. 

So did you put maiden name when you write passport information? Im applying for global entry too. 

I have a problem applying for global entry.  my last name on green card is American name.

passport last name is showing 

maiden（American name）name.

How can I put my name on passport information?

I cannot type Part 3 section in I-131 form for reentry permit.

I need to write down Japanese address of US consulate general. 

I think USCIS will use 2D barcode to scan.

I would to receive biometrics date by letter to my PO BOX in US.but I will go to Japan after biometrics.  Do you think I will receive reentry permit pick up notice to my PO BOX in US too? I will receive reentry permit in Tokyo,Japan.

Im not sure if I need the notice letter when I go to US embassy in Tokyo. 

there is only physical address to write. My mailing address and physical address is different. Should I write my mailing address to physical address in the form?

NVC received my IV fee cashier check on June 2, but after that IV fee by online is available?but I don't want to pay it twice, I even don't know if it is a good idea to pay twice...

Is still someone unable to fill the ds260,my hubby paid the iv fee by mail and after more than 3 weeks its till shwing PAY NOW ,So we still waiting to switch to PAID,Please if someone has any update or has been given a resolution please let me know...i called in the nvc and i was told 10 day to escalate te issue,but honestly i dont trust NVC.....This is a nighmare.....

Those of you who due to the jacked up ceac website issues sent in their IV bill through snail mail, how long after you got the email confirming they received it did it take for the payment to show online as PAID?

I also cannot fill in Ds-260. The operator told me to wait 10 days after they receive it. but when I check CEAC, it is still same.

Don't worry. My cashier check was also received by USDA. but it is a part of NVC. I called NVC and they received it already. NVC sent us confirmation email too?

Filled DS-260 and submitted on line and email IV package and Affidavit of support package to NVC today. Now waiting for any response from NVC.

My cashier check was received on May 30 at USDA but NVC fee processing center received it on June 2. How about you?

I just finished calling NVC. I asked if NVC received cashier check and they said yes. The operator also told me to wait10 days to be able to fill in DS-260 after NVC receive cashier check. ?

Finally I see $325 when I log in. it says not paid. I also sent cashier check but I haven't received an email from NVC.
