  1. Hello everyone! I'm kind of skeptical because I was initially schedule by the NVC on June 26, 2014. But I was hoping for an earlier interview date so I was informed that I can reschedule online through ustraveldocs.com/ph . So when my case left the NVC on May 12, I patiently waited and monitored the online scheduling for slots to be available. And luckily I was able to schedule on the 27th of May. Then I called the US Embassy, they said my case/files might not yet be ready for interview on that day (May 27). What I'm worried about is, will they (the US Embassy) accommodate me since my interview is originally on June 26. Has anyone did schedule earlier as to their supposed interview date? How did it go?

  2. We got an earlier interview date but we got it by calling the US embassy in my hubby's country. He called twice. The first time they did not have our documents yet and they told him to call back in a week. So he did and they moved it up. From June 16th to June 5th. I know it's only 11 days but still......... It makes us happy and it is going to make other things easier for us as far as travel plans are concerned. Hope this helped. Good Luck! (F)

Thank you for the info. I hope I can get an earlier appointment since there are a lot of applicants here in the Philippines. Thank you very much! :)

  3. guys (Philippine applicants) did you do his request from NSO about CDLI????

Applicants should request certificates that are issued with a "CDLI endorsement" (Court Documents and Legal Instruments). This endorsement shows any amendments to the original document from marriages, annulments, name changes etc. Unless a CDLI copy is requested, the requester will receive the unamended or original copy of the document.guys form the Philippines did you do this request for your birth and marriage certificate, etc.

All I did was requested both birth and marriage certificate at the NSO. They need NSO certified documents. But I guess if you need to show proof you should include it.
  4. Hello everyone! I'm new here. My case is currently at the NVC. I have paid the AOS and IV fee. My wife has sent the AOS papers last 03/06/14 and was delivered at NVC on 03/10/14. I just recently filled up the DS-260 form online and submitted it last 03/21/14. And also, I sent my civil documents on that same day. According to Fed Ex, it has arrived yesterday 03/24/14 at the NVC. I was wondering will we receive a notice regarding the AOS? And I've read that my next step will be the medical. When should I expect this to take place? Thank you everyone in advance!
