  1. Hi everyone here from portland oregon. My husband went to his info pass since his letter expired November 8th 2017. He was told by the officer that he didnt need a stamp until January 31 2018 the expiration date from his green card, he was also told that alot of people are going in to get their stamp based on the letter when it should be based on the green card. The officer also said something about him getting his card in January. Our hopes are not up and are just waiting for anything in the mail.

We are November 2016 filers and our package was sent to California service center. Happy thanksgiving to you all and hope the waiting games will be over soon.

Let me know if he says differently. I was informed that there is no issues and others have done it previously as they are in status.

Hello so lawyer said that he is not yet eligible for naturalization and he would need to take the test in English, so my husband has a lot of studying to do for some years. But he said he will look into the naturalization and see. I will let you know what he says.

It was updated April 30th. The expectation is that in the next update it will by for the late June, early July applicants but don't take my word for it.  At this point it is over a year lag. If your extension is about to expire, call for another extension. Also, if you are interested, you may apply fro naturalization

I will talk with my lawyer and see if my husband can do that or not. Thanks

Hi roselyn, the processing times are as of April 30th, that's when they were working on June 9. So I am hoping the site will be updated this Friday with the new date they are working on. Some posters from June got approved as soon as Feb. So I still have my hopes up that maybe approval will come before 12 months mark.

Yes well it stayed the same when it was updated June 29th. And its still at April 30th. My husbands extentions dosent expire till november 2017.

  5. Has anyone turned in the DS-260 and the I-864

My mom is the sponsor for my husband so I just want to know does she need to make $35,000 a year for is it $35,000 for the 3 years of tax return Just confused on this part please help.

I sent my I-601 June 27,2014 and they received it June 30,2014 it has been 2 months since they received it. Bios done July 30,2014. Still waiting Does anyone know what month they are in now ?????

  6. They are working on April and May. There are several Facebook Pages on I-601 where people are posting their approvals. Today I say a May 5th approval. My husbands date is May 27th. RicRoc I see you are Canadian and so is my husband. He needs the waiver for a CIMT. I was hoping our approval would be fast because before we were married he had a non-immigrant waiver to be able to visit the US. The I-194 was only valid for one year and expired June 2013. So he has not been able to enter the US since. I don't know how the US could forgive him for his CIMT once but not forgive him for the same CIMT a second time. I dunno I guess we will see.

So they are behind on updating on the USCIS website? I also seen that too on the facebook page so I am a bit confused.

  7. This process is the worst. No consistency by uscis. I filled my I601 on Jan 21, 2014. Its still under initial review and its been 6 months and 19 days today. When you go on the site it says they started Feb 2nd, 2014 cases as of June 30th. When I call to find out the status they just say we are working on it still. Meanwhile I see posts that were approved in 3 months.

Hello I just seen yesterday on the site that they updated it August 7,2014 and it looks like they are working on the Feburary applications, I also check on the processing time that is at the bottom of the page when your check your status of your application yes it does say June 30,2014 and Nebraska service center 4.9 months.

    Have you heard anything yet????

  8. Hello Everyone I have been trying to find information on the I-601A application, but it seems that nobody will answer me. All I would like to know is how long does it take.
