    Yes that's what I wanted to know cause my fiance is born in Haiti but been study here for a while I wonder if we need a buena conducta for Haiti as well cause it's hard to get one over there....can I just go without the Haitian one and get only the Dominican one? I just don't want that stop us from getting approved

    Went today to do the medical, i arrived at 6:30 they let u in and leave my cell phone in a locker and gave me a form to put my info and the adresse where am goin to live... after filling the form put in a line had to put my name and last name behind my pictures u have to take 5 pictures now no longer 3... they give u a plastic little bag so every medical test u do goin to give u a coin different colors so u know u've donde that test is a total of 4 coins.... inside was easy and fast until to have to wait to do body exam... i was out by 10:30 they told me the best day is thursday and friday cuz i less people inside to do the medical i paid in pesos a total of 10,300 u can pay in pesos or in $$ is up to you .....any question feel free to ask :)

    It took us about a week to pick up visa and paperwork for k1. When was your interview?

    Did u pick it up in santo Domingo?

    Because I heard it takes longer when they mail it to another city

    I didn't know that you could pick it up in Santiago. Is there a consulate there? Your best bet would be in Santo Domingo. The delivery should be faster in the capital. You can also pick it up, but I don't

    think they're using DOMEX anymore though.[/

    My fiance lives in Santiago. We're thinking about staying up in santo Domingo after we get the visa.

    My question is which is faster to get

    Pick the visa in santo Domingo ?? Or in Santiago?? Which one take longer to get I don't want them to mail it to me i want to pick it up so what's is faster pick it up in Santiago or in the capital?????

    They update the list once a month at the end of the month.

    For those of you who have already received their interview for k-1, how did you find out when is your interview and when they mailed your fiance packet 4?

    The embassy got my k-1 yesterday and im not sure who i should contact.. Im afraid packet 4 will never get toy fiance.

    You need to check the interview list daily cause you might not receive packet 4 and have an interview date. You need to check that list daily you never know when they may add up to it

    i checked the list everyday and last night i notice the change, my interview is in 20 days and i havent received the package 4 yet, i went to to post office and they don't have it either so ill give them a few more days before asking for a duplicate

    You need to email them so they can send it via email. You don't have that much time left

    i think u should send them an email am just saying cuz of the medical examination or try to call and ask for tje duplication of the package, my case was received on September 17th havent heard anything yet about my interview but i have read some vj users never get the package 4

    But did you get an interview date yet?
