got my visa already and it takes only 6working days from ap to visa issued then after 4 working days 2go delivered my visa. now im at the us already.. thank you

some people have used overseas credit cards, but they were from the UK.

You also can wait until you're in the USA and pay it here as well. It doesn't need to be paid before you leave, it's okay to pay once you're here.

Your uncle is dead wrong. You're hearing this from people who have helped and watched hundreds of spouse visa cases be completed to green card. Pay the fee and you'll get the green card. You will NEVER file any I-485 for a CR1 or IR1 visa case, because you already HAVE the status one gets with an approved I-485 WITHOUT ever filing one.

hi i am also cr1 visa and little bit confused on the uscis immigrnt fee.. im still in the philippines and planning to go us nextweek.. i understand that i need to pay the 165$ uscis immig fee in the uscis elis.. my problem is if i can use my credit card here in the philippines to pay that 165$ for the uscis immg fee? thank you

in my case they gave me 221g form and need to submit addntl docs. they didnt return my passport... ceac status : ISSUED

You are giving bad information. passports are not returned when issued a 221g.

may 13 interview date then received 221g form need nbi with aka.

may 21 : nbi w/ aka sent

may 22: status AP

may 28: updated still on AP

may 30: udpates still on AP

june 2: 12:30pm still on AP then 5pm ISSUED..

wow good for you. congrats! Did your visa status change from AP to Ready to AP and then issued or it went directly from AP to issued?

just an update.. i checked ceac 12:30pm today and still on Ap..then i check again just now 5pm my visa was ISSued..thanks VJ

i called us em 301 2000. i told em that my docs was sent already last may 21 and was received by rehel santos.. my call was transferred to visa unit and the lady said that my docs is not yet forwarded to their unit and she also mentioned that it will takes more weeks because they have a lot of papers to review. its a ling line. so i just keep on following up. 2x updated but still on Ap

hi there i am on AP also, interviewed last may 13 and they gave me 221g nbi with aka. and was submitted received by rahel santos last may 21... my status at ceac updated last may 22 and may 28 same AP status..

Hopefully they will issued our visa the soonest.im also losig my patience. But why did your aon's medical is late?did your son undergo more test in st lukes? Iv read a topic same as you here and it took a month for them to issued.but the co did the review on your son's medical?

Hey egirl. Husband didnt get his passport yet hoping by next week his visa was issued alrdy. It took 3 days for them to review his nbi. Thurs may 15 check the status at ceac.state.gov Issued. when did you send your nbi to the usem?

Hello VJFriends. If someone can help me answer my question. Cause my husband said consulate told him to have his nbi put an other name he used which is the AKA. My question is how long for usembassy to review this case? And how long they will issue the visa?

So that I could make use of my approved leaves at work on the 27th (Thursday) and the 28th (Friday) Â of this month I am planning to do my medical examination on those said dates (which is two days from now). I just thought its a good idea since my interview date is now approaching , which is on May 8th. I already checked Hank's website just to make sure I have all the requirements needed. Is there any tips and recommendation that I need to know guys?Â
