You need to call NVC back NOWish and verify something is wrong because on my spreadsheet I maintain I have people from the Philippines with Case Complete from 1/10 to 11/24 getting interviews. They started January interviews last night for Philippines. December started 11/3.

I would call and ask for a supervisor and ask why haven't you been scheduled an interview and verify your exact Case Compete date. They are still open another hour and half.

weve been trying to call them today but always busy.we will call them again tomorrow..the first time we did they confirmed that our case was already complete last nov10 2014, then they told us to wait for the interview email..now im worried because the one who got cc nov26 got her confirmation email today..is is normal if they didnt send us a confirmation email? ..will tell my husband about your advice.thank you so much

yap we did..we called them every week but we always got the same answer...its makes us a little worried..one that got cc two days ahot got her cc confirmation email.i know its a case to case basis but almost a month makes me worried

congrats! yap the status is still at nvc,once you have the interview date few days it will change to IN TRANSIT.ours was completed nov10.but still theres no email for appointment or even comfirmation like what you received...congrats anyway

hi dhadz i received the email checklist on September 17th for the AOS THEN sent in what was requested, every step in this process is taking NVC 60 days to review so sit back and wait it out

soon we all have our case complete.hoping there is no checklist.we are waiting for our cc too.were on our 2nd month in nvc ...

Hi everybody good day to all, my wife case was scanned on July 16th for the AOS THEN WE HAD TO WAIT TILL SEPTEMBER TO PAY THE IV BILL PLUS RECIEVED A checklist for the AOS so now we're just waiting for her to go back to SINGAPORE TO RETRIEVE HER POLICE clearance since they didn't receive the application for the first one that she sent them this is a real time wasting process to be together again with your loved ones but one day hopefully soon this mess will be over cuz this process put a lot of stress on your marriage so everyone good luck on your journey

Bring as much evidence as he can. Including phone bills or Skype screenshots. If you call him thru a third party company like Owtel or so, bring the bill for that and highlight his number.

Also, bring a lot of pictures, no matter how old the pictures are.

yes.we talked everyday on skype.facebook.we submitted the i130 may2014 and got approved june2014.. i havent seen my husband for about 1 year and 5 months now.im worried if by the time of interview the CO will deny us because of that...i hope not.we all the proof that we have a constant communication..praying and hoping for the best to all of us

hello guys..we are at nvc stage now.waiting for our iv fee to be available..i just want to ask if it is a red flag during the interview. we became a couple 2010.met him in person 2012 and got engaged..married 2013.is it a red flag if i havent seen my husband n person for more than a year now?.but we do call each other everyday on skype...we talked everyday..im a bit worried..thank you

Anyone that's waiting to get invoice? Or got invoiced yet today on their IV FEE? I heard NVC is waiting for this day (September 12) to invoice, specifically the IV FEE cause today is when the fee increases. Anyway, does it usually take this long? It's over a month already. Hi VJ Friends! First, i wanna thank each and evryone of you for helping me all through out my immigrant visa journey. I wanna share how happy and blessed i am coz finally, i got my INTERVIEW letter already, after waiting for it so long. Just to enlighten and give hope to everyone going on the same process as i am, NVC recieved our DS-260 last July 15 this year to be exact and finally received my interview letter this morning. We finished DS-260 last July 12 so for all of you who's under going through the 60days of wait, just be patient. It was'nt easy as it may sound to wait but when you reach the 60th day, you will receive what you are expecting. Now i just need to prepare for the interview with all the medical thing and documents needed. So pls continue to pray for me until my case complete and everything gets approved. Thanks everyone!

It is not required. Just make double sure you put the correct figures (gross or Net income) in the right place. I got a checklist for this and it seems a lot of others did also.

My petioner paid the AOS fee on the 20th of July and I just got the mail for Ds-261 on the 22nd of August and completed it at the same date, it is amost 3 weeks now and have'nt heared anything yet. Do we have to wait for email or email for the step? What do have to do, sent email already but no response yet and trying to call NVC but always busy. Please advise. Thank you!

you need to send the aos package to the nvc.
