If you filed the i-130 as a USA citizen, you dont need to worry about priority dates. Your category doesnt have a numeric limitations and visas are always available to your relatives

now that USCIS approved your petitions and are on their way to NVC, you should start preparing all documentations for AOS an IV forms to be completed,,,

Find the forums of US Citizens petitions for their relatives , even though NVC processing is the same you might be able to go through it faster due to your citizenship status

Hi Guys i have a question, im the beneficiary of a LPR my wife file I-130 visa on march 7 and we receive our NOA1. can we ask to Expedite our case? coz my wife is 5months pregnant and i want to be byh her side during her delivery of the baby.?

Are you LPR or USC, I'm The beneficiary of LPR, so the 5 months pertain to LPR, we have to wait for visa to be available after the approval, it takes much more time for LPR than USC to go thru the process, good luck to you.

I just want to ask why is the visa bulletin says that it is still sept 8,2013 are still in the process. Is the visa bulletin accurate. And the one on the USCIS it says 5 months.

Im n here in VJ. We file our I-130 this march 6 2014 and receive our NOA1 on march 11 2014. I just wanna ask is there anyone who has the same status like us. And we saw that f2a visa is not moving.
