Anybody has any experiences or comments regarding how long it will take to get approval?

My wife filled me I-30 on June 2013 , and my case status has changed yesterday to :
On March 10, 2014 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
Can anyone tell me what does it mean ? and what is this document ??
