Good luck. We met with our lawyer on Friday and he said that the officers in MPLS are extremely polite and kind. I'm confident it will go well for you guys!!

the case status link you mentioned is simply showing that your interview is scheduled. it doesnt include any more details regarding to your interview.
now you need to go to another place: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/
in your case, you did paper filing, therefore you need to create a new account. Once successful, you will be able to add your N400 receipt # or case number to your profile and all processing changes will be updated from there. All documents issued from the USCIS to you will also have PDF copy in your account. For an instance, your interview letter is downloadable to print if you dont receive the hardcopy mail or it never shows up in your mailbox for some reason.
i did e-filing at the beginning which requires you have to create an account and upload supporting documents.
Hi. When I go to this website, I do not get the pdf copy. Is it in a certain place? Thanks.

Glad you have a Plan B. Hopefully you won't need it. I wonder how many others are in our shoes, not in administrative processing, but stuck at "Ready" with the inability to print the visa?
-
So frustrating. I'm returning home without my spouse as her visa is stuck in the "Ready" mode. I need to get back to work also. I'm a bit more lucky than you, as my spouse can live independently, kids can't necessarily. I feel so badly for you. Let's hope both of our families visas arrive soon, hopefully today!!

We are so annoyed. My spouse had her interview on 8/7 and was approved. We are scheduled to leave on 8/17. Both tickets purchased and the officer at her interview said there would be plenty of time. Unfortunately, the CEAC site still says ready. I have emailed twice, called 3 times and finally got a person the third time who said they won't answer the phone. Told me to fax the information and gave me the fax number. I told him I've emailed twice already and have heard nothing. He said their system is broken and they are trying to fix it. He said a fax may be quicker. Now we are not sure what to do. Hope it arrives before the 17th, travel 3 1/2 hours to Taipei and see if they may talk to us in person, and/or change our plane reservation (which will cost us $500). I wish I knew what was going on and how long it will take to fix.

We had our visa today and were approved. We are so excited. We had to wait 3 1/2 hours for the interview, but it was really easy. Just asked my spouse if she spoke English. Then he asked me what I did for a living and where I lived. That was it. We are so happy!! Thanks for everybody's help.

Do you know when you're flying home? Will you be here in time for the State Fair where you can get just about anything deep-fried on a stick?
We love the MN State Fair!! Best fair in the world!! We hope to be home in time to go to it.

Ugh... This sucks. This waiting is probably the hardest out of all the waiting we have done. Probably because we are so close.
I so agree. It seems like forever!!
-
No, they've already said yesterday that things are up and running. Seems like the past week is who would be mainly affected.
I'm not trying to be a Debby downer, but where did you get your info, that it is up and running? The state dept website said as of today July 26th it is still down. http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english.html Is this website wrong?

VISA approved today!!
But their computer crashed!!
How can they tortured us in so many ways! I don't know when can I get the passport back..urrr....
CONGRATS!!
Was the interview easy or hard? What questions did they ask you?

Spouses CAN attend the interview at AIT. I emailed them and they said I could attend my spouses interview. Just FYI.
-
There is no need to translate. They took my spouses in Chinese. It had the red stamp on the back in Chinese also. We did no translating at all.
-
According to the AIT website, you can go. Here is the link. http://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Supplemental/TAI%20-%20Taipei.pdf
Am I wrong? Is there something I don't know?

My AOS scanned date was May 19, which means today is the "21 st Business Day"
Anyone around that date and waiting for AOS to be reviewed?
