im about to file the removal of my conditional status in june...i just noticed my philippine passport is abt to expire on august 2008....do i need to renew it for the removal of my conditional status???

i have my GC as a CONDITIONAL permanent resident for 7 months now....will i have any problems coming back here in the US if i travel outside the country within my 1st year from getting here???im about to get my tickets today to fly back to the philippines in 3 weeks.

got an email yesterday saying my case was transferred to CSC....as what i read from most cases here at VJ that those who gets transfered will not get an interview appointment..is this really accurate?...

hi there...bring your marriage certificate just in case the appointment letter is in your married name...they would want to see it....they asked to see it when i had my biometrics.....biometrics is just going to be quick....the finger printing & taking of picture will just be less than 10 mins....be early so u'll be the first in line....

actually we need to refile to include other income for 2005...so we need to amend what was filed for 2005...can i just bring it to the interview?the letter state that we should have it submitted before the 87th day from 8/29/06.

hi everybody...jsut wondering if you guys know how long does it usually takes to get the amended ITR...i need to refile it to include some income i earned in 2005...IRS said it is usually within 12 weeks...but does anyone know if it could really take up to 12 weeks?we only have 87 days to provide the rfe to DHS...we just got the rfe letter today dated 8/29/06 so almost a week had passed already....we are just so worried that it will not be ready before that deadline...

for people who were asked to submit RFE's, we are just curious if USCIS have a deadline for you to provide it to them?do they indicate it on their letter that u need to submit it before a given date?

With the transcripts you will not need the W2's

DJCESS...you would really need to have the complete stuff for the affidavit of support like the w2's, itr's & cert of employment on your interview at the manila embassy otherwise you will asked to come back with it...and also DONT BRING YOUR CELFONE WHEN YOU GO TO THE EMBASSY....THEY WILL ASK YOU TO SURRENDER IT BEFORE GET INSIDE & THEN WHEN YOU'RE DONE YOU WILL NEED TO LINE UP FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR JUST TO GET IT BACK!!!!

We had the same problem. My fiance only sent me his w2, employment letter and bank letter but our agency requested the ITR 2005 because according to them and to other people's experiences, the embassy will really check on it with the Affidavit of Support..

this is actually for AOS..not i129f...can i refile my itr 2005 so it will show my full income for 2005?

Are my W-2's and verification of employment going to be sufficient instead of my income tax for 2005 doesn't have my full earned income. I under declared my income in 2005. But my W-2's and my cert of employment show that I am way over the poverty line ?

we cant find our NOA2?can we request for another copy?where & how?
