I think the average is a week or two. I was lucky last year and got one immediately, but check every single day multiple times as people cancel and more spots open randomly.

I dont know if this is a coincidence or not, but the two times I saw open appointments was on a Tuesday.

The first time I went in it was a Tuesday, and didnt realize the scarcity of an appointment, so didnt book it :-(

then it took a week for another apt to show up and it was a Tuesday

I accessed the site on 10/27 and apt is for Dec 1

My financee went and got her fingerprints done electronically at one of the listed vendors. She has a minor conviction

Although the websites say 22 weeks for processing, does anyone have any experience validating this time line?

We've recieved our NOA2 and a 22 week wait will be brutal

My concern is her not getting her package from the consulate.

Sounds like as soon as we get NOA2, let consulate know of address change so she receives package at new address.

We filed a K1 in March. My canadian fiancée has since moved.

How do I change her address so she gets her package at the new address?

Can this negatively impact our processing time?
