Honestly if you aren't getting any response from the Embassy and so much time has passed you should have your petitioner contact an immigration attorney. I ended up messing up on my relatives case and it created a whole mess and I contacted a very knowledgeable attorney. I was soo shocked to see that she has so many connections within immigration such as CBP officers, Officers from the US Embassys in several countries. If this helps I could give you her contact information or you can look her up she has great client reviews... Her name is Kathryn N. Karam 832-582-0620 shes in Houston, TX.

Definitely you should call to make sure they will return your packet along with filing fee but honestly if they sent you a denial the most likely filed the check... Reapply the only thing that s**ks is that you will have to pay the filing fee again. But I just read they sent you a rejection notice they should've sent you packet along with the rejection and the filling fee...... CALL ASAP!!

I was on the same boat the DS-260 should be completed by filling out the correct information of the person intending to come to the US. If you make a mistake on the online packet and submit it, its a hassle to correct it and even the US Embassy might think that you could be lying on the forms. Its a big mess.. Honestly if you are still confused you should contact and immigration attorney like I did. The attorney I went to here in Houston, TX is awesome and she has sooo much knowledge. If you decide to look for one I would definitely recommend her. Her name is Kathryn N. Karam 832-582-0620 and she has really good client reviews.
any comments, suggestions, and recommendations.

If you were to marry him, I honestly think you will be in the same situation because the thing is you already applied for K-1 visa times and have been denied one time so if you get married and have you fiancée do I-130 process it could most likely end up the same.... But if you are in doubt and maybe need an immigration attorney to prepare a stronger packet and brief explain your situation, I could recommend a knowledgeable immigration attorney. You can look her up if you would like she has great client reviews. Her name is Kathryn N. Karam 832-582-0620 she's in Houston, TX but works with out of state clients and out of the Country.
