I'm so sorry I'm not sure how to fill the AOS I have an attorney and she did that. But yes unfortunately it could take another 60 days. When was your AOS scan date?

They received it on aug 1st and was reviewed Yesterday Sept 24th

im soooo sad, i called NVC this morning to find out that my AOS pachage was reviewed and guess what. i not only forgot to include page #3, i put the right amount on my total gross income!!!!what does it go there????im using my 1040 form. and my other question is, when i send the review form back, will it take another 60 days? Quick question before i summit my IV package; do i have to include two pictures of myself or only two pictures of my mother?. i was reading the NVC instructions and i'm a little unclear. Thanks!

so help me out her guys. efter i pay the $230 IV bill and print the cover sheet, does my mother have to sing anything? or just send me the Police clearance, Photos, Passport Copy and birth certificate?, Am i missing something?

Technically, they have up to 60 days from when they received your DS261 (Choice of Agent). Get that date and count 60 days from then. In this thread though, you'll see that most of us got the update around 40 days. I got my IV bills 38 days from when they received my DS261.

Hello everyone! this is such a great way to vent...

im sponsoring my mother (she lives in the dominican Republic) i paid the $88.00 AOS fee on jul 28, send the docs wihc they got on Aug 1st. i havent received thr IV invoice yet, is this normal? Last week i recaived an email saying that my Choice of Agent was received and it needs to be review....hopefully she will be here by Christmas. (fingers crossed).

Like I said, I filled the Choice of Agent form, I'm waiting to pay the $88 fee, it's not letting me right now. My question is; my mother lives in the Dominican Republic, will she have to sign any document and send it to the NVC herself? I've heard she will, can somebody explain that?. Thanks

I filed for my mother ( she's outside the United States) on feb 11/2014 on feb 18/2014 I received the hard copy receipt. I've been reading a lot of blogs to get an idea of the processing time but it seems that it varies a lot. Anyone else filed in feb? I will love to hear from you.
