October 2013 I-130 Filers in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports Posted March 12, 2014 Hi everyone . I am new here but this thread has brought me some renewed hope. My husband filed in October and we received NOA1 on November 18 that our petition has been received by TSC and is in process. PD is November 15. I guess our application went directly to TSC so no transfer will be required. (right??) Congrats to all those whose petitions have been transfered. I hope you get approvals soon (then I know it wont be long till its our turn). This long wait is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
